- Chill the glasses by adding ¼ cup of whipped cream and 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup to the bottom of two tall glasses. Swirl gently and chill in the fridge for 5 minutes.
- In a high-speed blender, combine 1 cup of cold brew coffee, ½ cup of whole milk, ⅓ cup of chocolate chips, 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup, and most of the chopped Oreo cookies. Add 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract and blend on medium speed for about 30 seconds.
- Add 2 cups of ice cubes to the blender. Increase to high speed and blend until smooth and frothy, about 1 minute. Adjust ice for desired consistency.
- Pour the blended mixture into the chilled glasses over the whipped cream and chocolate syrup layers.
- Top each frappuccino with remaining whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Garnish with reserved chopped Oreos.
