- In a mixing bowl, combine dulce de leche, cream cheese, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour milk into a shallow dish. Quickly dip each chocolate cookie into the milk and let them soak for a few seconds.
- In a serving dish, layer a soaked cookie, then spread a layer of cream filling over it. Repeat until all cookies and cream filling are used, ending with cream on top.
- Cover the Chocotorta and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
