Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine dulce de leche, cream cheese, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour milk into a shallow dish. Quickly dip each chocolate cookie into the milk and let them soak for a few seconds.
