  • 2 tablespoons Creamy nut butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Mini chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup Almond flour or oat flour optional
  • ¼ teaspoon Fine sea salt
Optional Add-Ins
  • ¼ cup Chopped nuts optional
  • ¼ cup Shredded coconut optional
  • ¼ cup Extra chocolate chips optional
For Serving
  • 1 banana slices
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter for drizzling
  • ¼ cup yogurt for topping

Preparation Steps
  1. Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds or ground flaxseed, ground cinnamon, optional almond or oat flour, and a small pinch of salt in a medium jar.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup or honey, creamy nut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients in the jar and stir thoroughly.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips and any optional add-ins like chopped nuts or shredded coconut.
  5. Adjust sweetness with more maple syrup or honey if desired.
  6. Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  7. Before serving, give the oats a good stir and loosen with more milk if necessary.
  8. Top with extra chocolate chips, nut butter, banana slices, or yogurt before enjoying.
  9. For meal prep, duplicate the recipe in multiple jars and store in the fridge.
