Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt ½ cup of unsalted butter. Stir in 1 cup of dark brown sugar until fully dissolved. Gradually whisk in ½ cup of heavy whipping cream and allow to simmer for 5-8 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat, stir in ¼ cup of BBQ sauce, and let cool.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F. Wash and slice 4 fresh peaches in half, removing the pit. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and brush the cut sides of the peaches generously.
- Place the peach halves cut-side down onto the grill. Close the lid and grill for 5-6 minutes until grill marks appear and peaches have softened.
- Remove the grilled peaches from the grill and let cool for a minute. Scoop vanilla ice cream onto the warm peach halves and drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Sprinkle toasted pecans, crumbled cookies, and add whipped cream on top. Garnish with a fresh cherry.

Notes
Choose ripe peaches for best flavor. Monitor caramel during simmering to avoid burning. Keep grill steady for perfect peaches. Use plenty of melted butter to prevent sticking. Feel free to experiment with toppings.
