- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and both sugars until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa mix, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the butter mixture until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and mallow bits until evenly distributed.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper. Scoop tablespoons of dough onto the sheets.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes, until edges are lightly browned.
- Let cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
