  • 1 ounce Freeze-Dried Strawberries To make approximately 3 tablespoons of strawberry powder.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Pulse the Golden Oreo Cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Melt the butter and combine with cookie crumbs in a mixing bowl. Press into a lined 9x9 inch baking dish and freeze for 20 minutes.
  2. Pulverize the freeze-dried strawberries into a fine powder for strawberry flavor enhancement.
  3. Spread half of the vanilla ice cream over the crust, then layer with strawberry sorbet and the remaining ice cream, freezing for 10-20 minutes between layers.
  4. Freeze assembled bars for at least 5 hours, then slice with a hot knife and serve chilled.
