  • 2 cups Bread Stuffing Opt for gluten-free for low-carb.
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Can substitute with mozzarella or fontina.
  • 1 cup Gravy Homemade or store-bought.
  • to taste Salt & Pepper Essential for seasoning.

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 1.5-quart baking dish.
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells in salted water for 8-9 minutes until al dente, then drain and cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, mashed potatoes, celery, onion, garlic, and half of the cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread ¾ cup of gravy at the bottom of the greased baking dish.
  5. Stuff each pasta shell with the turkey filling and place them in the dish.
  6. Drizzle the remaining gravy over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with leftover cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving, garnished with fresh herbs.
