- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine 1 pound of ground beef, ½ cup of breadcrumbs, 1 large egg, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro, 2 teaspoons of jerk seasoning, 1 teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper, and 2 tablespoons of minced garlic in a mixing bowl.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, each about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 15-20 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
- Transfer the meatballs to a large bowl and pour in 1 cup of BBQ sauce. Toss to coat.
- Serve the BBQ Jerk Meatballs on a platter, optionally garnished with additional cilantro.
