- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed ripe bananas, melted vegan butter, maple syrup, almond or oat milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; some lumps are okay.
- Add the rolled oats and fold them into the batter evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix the light brown sugar, melted vegan butter, and a pinch of cinnamon to create the swirl mixture.
- Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan and drizzle half of the cinnamon swirl mixture over it. Add the remaining batter and swirl the rest on top.
- Bake for 45–55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
- Transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely.
- For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, melted vegan butter, and softened vegan cream cheese until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bread before slicing and serving.
