  • 3 oz Pepperoni or sausage, bacon, veggies
  • 7-8 oz Shredded Mozzarella or provolone, vegan cheese

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Mix the softened butter, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper in a small bowl until well combined.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  3. Open the refrigerated biscuits and separate them. Mold each biscuit into the muffin tins.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture on the insides of each biscuit crust, then add a teaspoon of pasta or pizza sauce.
  5. Fill each biscuit cup with shredded mozzarella and pepperoni, layering them tightly.
  6. Bake the Pizza Pot Pies for about 20-23 minutes, checking at 15 minutes for doneness.
  7. Let the Pizza Pot Pies cool for a couple of minutes before removing them from the muffin pan.
