For the Marshmallow Layer
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 cups marshmallow crème
For the Topping
  • 1 cup whipped cream Optional garnish

Method
 

Steps
  1. Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and set aside.
  3. Beat cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth, then fold in half of the whipped cream.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  5. Evenly scatter mini marshmallows over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Melt chocolate chips with milk in the microwave, then pour over the marshmallows.
  7. Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the marshmallows.
  8. Spread marshmallow crème over the chocolate layer.
  9. Top with remaining whipped cream.
  10. Garnish with additional graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows if desired.
  11. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
  12. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
