Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning mix to the beef and pour in the Ro-Tel. Stir and let simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. In the slow cooker, combine cheddar cheese soup, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Mix until smooth.
  4. Add the seasoned beef mixture to the creamy base and stir in shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Cover and cook on low for about 3 to 4 hours, until heated through.
