Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Place 6 large eggs in a medium saucepan, fill with cold water, and bring to a boil. Cover and let sit for 12-15 minutes.
  2. Transfer eggs to ice water for 5-10 minutes to cool.
  3. Gently crack and peel the eggs under running water.
  4. Slice each egg in half and scoop yolks into a bowl. Arrange egg whites on a platter.
  5. In the bowl with yolks, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, chili garlic sauce, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
