Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven as directed on the brownie mix package, usually around 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix with the required eggs, oil, and water.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan and bake for about 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting them into small 1-inch squares.
- While your brownies are cooling, rinse the fresh strawberries under cold water. Gently pat them dry and remove the green tops.
- Grab your wooden skewers and start threading your delicious creations! Begin with a brownie square, followed by a strawberry, and then a marshmallow. Repeat the pattern until the skewer is filled.
- To melt the chocolate, place the semi-sweet chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 20-second increments, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the assembled kabobs or dip each kabob into the chocolate. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate the kabobs for 10–15 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
