Step-by-Step Instructions

  5. Stir in honey, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and vanilla extract into the melted butter until blended and slightly caramelized.
  6. Return the browned chicken breasts to the skillet and drizzle the buttery mixture over them.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 20–25 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Baste the chicken with the bubbling butter sauce halfway through cooking.
