Step-by-Step Instructions for Smoked Gouda & Onion Dip
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant, then set aside to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth.
