Step-by-Step Instructions

  4. Add the finely chopped mushrooms and sauté for 5-7 minutes until the moisture has released.
  5. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
  6. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  7. Fold in the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, thyme, and crushed red pepper flakes; season with salt and pepper.
  8. Gently fold the cooled mushroom mixture into the cheese blend.
  9. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and smooth out the surface.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  11. Let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley.
