  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry defrosted
For the Filling
  • 8 oz Brie Cheese triple cream brie preferred
  • ½ cup Cranberry Sauce store-bought or homemade
Optional Garnishes
  • ¼ cup Candied Pecans store-bought or homemade
  • 4 sprigs Fresh Rosemary for garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Unroll the puff pastry and slice into 16 squares. Place each square in the muffin tin.
  3. Cut brie cheese into small cubes and place one in each pastry square, adding a dollop of cranberry sauce on top.
  4. Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes until golden and puffed.
  5. Allow to cool slightly, then garnish with pecans and rosemary before serving.
