- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
- Unroll the puff pastry and slice into 16 squares. Place each square in the muffin tin.
- Cut brie cheese into small cubes and place one in each pastry square, adding a dollop of cranberry sauce on top.
- Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Allow to cool slightly, then garnish with pecans and rosemary before serving.
