Preparation Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and ground black pepper. Stir until evenly blended and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle approximately 12x16 inches.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the chicken mixture.
- Starting from one long side, roll the dough tightly into a log shape and pinch the seams to seal.
- Place the rolled dough seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the top of the roll with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on the exterior and bubbly inside.
- Let the bread cool for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
