Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, beaten egg, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until just combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into meatballs about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. In a saucepan, combine honey, hoisin sauce, and rice vinegar. Heat over medium until simmering, then remove from heat.
  6. Drizzle the sauce over the baked meatballs, coating them well.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds and cilantro over the meatballs and serve.
