- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, and fresh parsley. Add the ground cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- If you’re using wooden skewers for your kabobs, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat for about 10-15 minutes.
- Divide the meat mixture into four equal portions. Mold each portion around a skewer to form oval-shaped kabobs.
- Lightly brush the formed kabobs with olive oil to prevent sticking on the grill.
- Carefully place the kabobs on the hot grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
