Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, blend together the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Dip the ladyfingers briefly into the brewed coffee, ensuring they soak just enough without getting soggy.
  3. Layer the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom of each cup to form a solid base.
  4. Spoon a layer of the mascarpone cream mixture over the ladyfingers.
  5. Repeat the layering process with remaining ladyfingers and cream.
  6. Dust cocoa powder over the top of each cup using a fine sieve.
  7. Cover the cups and place them in the refrigerator to chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
