- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan with a little butter or cooking spray.

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Beat on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

- Add the mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla extract to the creamed mixture. Mix on low speed until blended well.

- In a separate bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until evenly combined.

- Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.

- Fold in the chopped nuts and/or chocolate chips gently into the batter.

- Pour the thick batter into your prepared loaf pan and smooth the top evenly.
