- Add coriander, turmeric, and Kashmiri chili powder. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring continuously.
- Introduce chicken pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Reduce heat, stir in yogurt, cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in water and season with salt. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Cover the pot and cook for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Before serving, sprinkle fresh cilantro over the top.
