Cooking Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season both sides of 4 chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté 4 cloves of minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in 2 cups of chicken broth and scrape up browned bits from the bottom.
- Stir in 1 cup of heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add 12 ounces of fettuccine pasta, cover, and cook for 10-12 minutes until al dente.
- Slice the cooked chicken into strips.
- Stir in 0.5 cup of grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Combine the sliced chicken back into the skillet and stir well.
- Add 0.25 cup of chopped parsley and 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter, stir until melted.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary before serving.
