Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes until shimmering.

  4. Pour in the vegetable broth and raise the heat to bring it to a rolling boil, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Once boiling, add the frozen ravioli and Italian seasoning, cooking for 4-5 minutes until tender.
  6. Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste, stirring to combine.
  7. If using, add the spinach and stir for 1-2 minutes until wilted.
