- Begin by heating 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add 1 pound of sliced smoked sausage to the hot skillet and cook for about 5–7 minutes until browned and crispy.
- Toss in the sliced onion and stir for about 2 minutes until it becomes soft and translucent.
