Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the fully cooked breakfast sausage links until heated through, about 5–7 minutes.
  2. While the sausage cooks, crack the eggs into a bowl, whisk in milk, salt, and pepper. Once the sausage is cooked, remove it from the skillet and whisk in butter. Scramble the eggs in the same skillet for about 3–4 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven according to the crescent roll dough package instructions, usually around 375°F (190°C).
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate it into triangles.
  5. Take a sausage link and place it on the wide end of each triangle. Add a scoop of scrambled eggs and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Roll the dough from the wide end towards the pointed tip.
  6. Arrange the roll-ups on a greased baking sheet and bake for about 10–12 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
