Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground meat and cook until nicely browned, about 8–10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground meat with ricotta cheese, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, mixing until smooth.
- Using a spoon or piping bag, fill each cannelloni tube with the meat and ricotta mixture.
- Spread a layer of tomato sauce evenly on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Gently place the stuffed cannelloni tubes on top of the tomato sauce.
- Pour the remaining tomato sauce over the cannelloni and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Let the Cannelloni Viande Hachée cool for a few minutes before serving.
