Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rinse 1 cup of rice in cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  4. Add chopped onion and bell pepper, cooking for 3-4 minutes until softened.

  6. Mix in the rinsed rice, sautéing for about 1 minute to coat well.
