  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place the trimmed asparagus spears on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes and fresh mozzarella balls over the asparagus.
  5. Pour the extra virgin olive oil evenly over the vegetables.
  6. Sprinkle the salt and black pepper over the top.
  7. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar atop the vegetables.
  8. Gently toss the vegetables on the baking sheet to coat them evenly with the oil and seasonings.
