Cooking Instructions

  2. Once the beef is cooked, sprinkle in the chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir the mixture well and continue cooking for an additional 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in the cauliflower rice, mixing thoroughly with the seasoned beef. Cook for about 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender.
  4. Assemble your Spicy Bowls by layering the cooked beef mixture, fresh chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, and creamy avocado in separate serving bowls.
  5. Drizzle the spicy sauce generously over each bowl and serve warm, adding lime wedges for a zesty pop.
