Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large casserole dish, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and chopped carrots, sauté for 5 to 7 minutes until softened.
  3. Add beef sausages to the casserole dish and cook for about 5 minutes, turning frequently until browned.
  4. Stir in chopped tomatoes and beef stock. Add tomato puree, dried mixed herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well and bring to a gentle boil.
  5. Cover the casserole dish and transfer it to the oven. Bake for 1 hour.
