  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • ½ cup diced celery optional

  • 4 large flour tortillas

Method
 

Preparation steps
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, romaine lettuce, and optional diced celery. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Lay out a large flour tortilla on a clean flat surface. Optionally warm it slightly in the microwave.
  3. Take a generous spoonful of the chicken Caesar mixture and place it down the center of the tortilla.
  4. Fold the two sides of the tortilla inward and then tightly roll the tortilla from the bottom, keeping the filling snug inside.
  5. Continue the process with the remaining tortillas and filling, placing completed wraps seam side down on a clean platter.
  6. If desired, cut each wrap in half diagonally for easier eating.
  7. Serve immediately or store in plastic wrap in the fridge for later.
