Cooking Steps
  1. Gather all your ingredients and chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cook the lo mein noodles according to the package instructions for 4 to 6 minutes until al dente.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the chicken and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown.
  4. In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers, carrots, and chopped green onions. Sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until tender.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet, add the noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic, and toss for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Serve the Chicken Lo Mein hot, optionally drizzling extra soy sauce on top.
