- Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix 1 cup of all-purpose flour with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a shallow dish.
- Coat each pork chop in the seasoned flour mixture and shake off excess flour.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of canola oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry each pork chop for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer the cooked pork chops to a baking sheet and keep them warm in the oven.
- In the same skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of flour over the bacon and whisk to form a roux, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
- Gradually pour in 2 cups of milk while whisking to avoid lumps, cooking until thickened.
- Season the gravy with salt and pepper to taste and serve over pork chops.
