- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add bowtie pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, cooking for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
- Push chicken to the side, add butter to the skillet and let melt. Stir in minced garlic and ranch seasoning, cooking for about 1 minute.
- Add broccoli florets, lemon zest and juice to the skillet, cooking for 3-4 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.
- Add drained pasta to the skillet, mixing well with chicken and broccoli. Stir in Parmesan cheese, parsley, and chives until evenly distributed.
- Taste and adjust with salt, pepper, or lemon juice as desired and serve hot.
