  3. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl and combine breadcrumbs with oregano and thyme in another bowl.
  4. Coat the false in the flour mixture, then the egg wash, and finally press into breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat vegetable oil until it reaches 350°F (175°C) and is ready for frying.
  6. Fry the coated pieces for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Drain excess oil on paper towels.
  8. Make the zesty herb infusion by mixing parsley, basil, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
