- Lightly grease a muffin tin and pour the egg mixture into each cup, filling about ¾ full.
- Bake for 20 minutes until puffed and firm; a toothpick should come out clean.
- Let the bites cool in the muffin tin for 5 minutes before removing them onto a cooling rack.
