- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, Italian herbs, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix gently and form into 12 meatballs.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, and cook meatballs for 8-10 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Cut slider rolls in half and place the bottoms in a greased baking dish.
- Spoon marinara sauce on the cut sides of the rolls, place meatballs on top, and cover with more marinara and mozzarella cheese.
- Combine melted butter, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. Brush this topping over the sliders.
- Bake covered with foil for 15-20 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Sprinkle parsley on top before serving warm.
