Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the pork with vegan soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat cooking oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Sauté minced garlic and grated ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add marinated pork and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until no longer pink.
  5. Stir-fry chopped cabbage, sliced mushrooms, and chopped green onions for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  6. Toss in cooked thick noodles and mix well for about 2 minutes.
  7. Drizzle oyster sauce and stir for another 2 minutes to combine.
