- Begin by cutting the beef chuck roast into 1-inch cubes and sear in a skillet until browned for about 5 minutes on all sides.
- In the same skillet, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic for about 3-4 minutes until translucent, then add sliced mushrooms and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
