Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the pork or shrimp, minced garlic, grated ginger, and soy sauce. Mix well to create a fragrant filling.
  2. Take a wonton wrapper, place a spoonful of the filling in the center, moisten the edges, fold and seal the wrapper securely. Repeat for all wrappers.
  3. In a large pot, pour in the broth and bring to a rolling boil over medium-high heat.
  4. Carefully add the prepared wontons to the boiling broth and simmer for 5-7 minutes until they float to the surface.
  5. Ladle the soup into bowls, ensuring to include both broth and wontons, and garnish with chopped green onions.
