  • 1 lb Ground beef seasoned
  • ½ cup Diced onion sauté until translucent
  • ½ cup Diced pickles for tangy flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Ketchup adds sweetness
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard Dijon optional
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese adds creaminess
For the Wrapping
  • 12 Eggroll wrappers laid flat
  • 2 inches Vegetable oil for frying
For Serving
  • Additional pickles for dipping
  • Ketchup for dipping
  • Mustard for dipping

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat for 7-10 minutes until browned, then drain excess grease.
  2. Add diced onion to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  3. Mix in diced pickles, ketchup, mustard, and season with salt and pepper; cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Cool the mixture slightly and then stir in shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Assemble eggrolls by placing 2 tablespoons of filling in each wrapper, folding and sealing.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Fry eggrolls in batches for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Drain on paper towels and serve warm with additional pickles, ketchup, or mustard.
