Step-by-Step Instructions for Pumpkin S'mores Cookies
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar using an electric mixer.
- Add the pumpkin puree, egg, and vanilla extract to the creamed mixture.

- Gently fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker pieces into the cookie dough.
