- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface to about ⅛ inch thick.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Cut the puff pastry into 1-inch wide strips using a knife or pizza cutter.
