  4. Wrap each mozzarella stick with a slice of bacon, overlapping slightly.
  5. Roll the bacon-wrapped sticks in the almond flour mixture to coat thoroughly.
  6. Arrange the wrapped sticks on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
  8. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving with hot sauce on the side.
