- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch x 13-inch cake pan thoroughly.
- Combine the cake ingredients in a large mixing bowl and blend until smooth.

- Poke holes on the top of the cooled cake with a wooden spoon.
- Whisk together pudding mix and milk until thick, then pour over cake.
- Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and pudding mix until fluffy. Spread over cake.
- Crush Oreo cookies and sprinkle over the frosting.
- Write R.I.P. on Milano cookies and insert into the frosting.
- Decorate with Peeps, candy pumpkins, and optional sprinkles.
- Slice into 12 pieces and serve.
