Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the White Layer: Pour 1 cup water into a small saucepan, add 2 packets of unflavored gelatin, warm over low heat, stir until completely dissolved (3-5 minutes). Remove from heat and mix in half of the sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Add Vodka and Set Aside: Pour ⅔ cup of vanilla vodka into the gelatin mixture, stir and set aside half for the final layer, keeping the remaining warm.
  3. Fill Shot Glasses with White Layer: Divide the white mixture into shot glasses, filling each about ⅓ full. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until set.
  4. Prepare the Orange Layer: In another saucepan, pour 1 cup of water, sprinkle in the remaining unflavored gelatin packet, warm and stir until dissolved (3-5 minutes). Remove from heat and stir in the orange Jell-O until completely dissolved.
  5. Add Juice and Pour Over White Layer: Mix fresh orange juice into the orange mixture, then pour it over the chilled white layers, filling glasses to the top. Chill until firm (30-45 minutes).
  6. Mix Yellow Layer and Add Coloring: Retrieve reserved white mixture, add yellow food coloring and stir well.
  7. Top Off with Yellow Layer: Pour the yellow mixture over the set layers in shot glasses, refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set.
