Steps to Prepare
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place one mozzarella ball in each skull mold, greasing them with olive oil if desired.
- Bake the mozzarella balls for approximately 6 minutes until softened.
- Press gently into the mozzarella with a spoon to shape the skulls.
- Cool the mozzarella in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the mixed salad greens and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, tossing gently.
- Arrange the cooled mozzarella skulls on top of the salad greens with cherry tomatoes.
- Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze, and sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
- Serve immediately on a vibrant platter.
